Class Trips

Field trips are an essential part of the learning abroad experience. Class trips have special on-site visits relevant to the class curriculum. The Florence School of Fine Arts also offers a number of “optional” field trips that give students, regardless of course study, the opportunity to experience and appreciate the history, art, and culture of Italy. Students often remember their class and travel trips as among their most rewarding experiences as a student abroad in Italy.

Florence is an active city and there is always a vast array of cultural activities going on. Students can attend the opera, attend dance and theater productions, experience the symphony and attend a vast array of film screenings.
