The Florence School of Fine Arts is located in one of the most important historical palaces of the Italian Renaissance. The art studios are spacious and filled with natural light. With unique course offerings and rare art making equipment not found in other programs each student is able to have a personal space in the studio to experiment and research. The printmaking and painting studios are located in Vasari's original workshop. Still visible are Vasari's decoration with a Medici coat of Arms and two allegorical frescoes painted above the entrance into the studio.
With a limited enrollment to ensure small classes our teachers are artists highly qualified in their discipline and they are able to provide students with individualized attention. Not many programs can offer all that we have on-site and our setting provides inspiration for studying and working.
